Step-by-Step Operation Guide

For optimal printing results and workplace safety, follow these industrial operating procedures:

1. Power Setup: Connect the machine to a matching 110V/220V grounded power supply and turn on the main power switch.

2. Parameter Configuration: Adjust the digital control panel to set the required temperature and countdown timer based on your specific substrate material (e.g., polyester fabric, metal, or paper).

3. Preheating: Allow the flatbed platen to heat up until the digital display reaches the target temperature stably.

4. Substrate Placement: Layout the target material perfectly flat on the bottom high-temperature silicone pad, and precisely align your printed sublimation transfer paper face down onto the substrate.

5. Pressing Operation: Pull down the manual handle firmly to lock the upper platen into place. The digital timer will automatically begin the countdown.

6. Unloading: Once the alarm sounds, carefully lift the handle to open the flatbed platen, and peel off the transfer paper to reveal the high-definition, vivid print.
