By pulling up the cover, turning it clockwise to pressurize or counterclockwise to depressurize, and pressing it back down, pressure is locked firmly into place. Furthermore, a dedicated mechanical speed controller allows factory managers to regulate the rising and falling travel velocity of the heat platens to align with specific material tolerances.

The core heating plate is engineered by casting high-quality heating elements directly into a single aluminum block body. Humanized Control Panel and Safety Fail-safes
The front-mounted electronic thermostat control panel features simple touch buttons for quick time and temperature adjustments. To protect processing work during high-frequency production, a heavy-duty, highly visible red Emergency Stop Button is mounted on the front right side of the machine module. If a substrate shift or emergency occurs, a single press immediately halts pneumatic cylinder operations to safeguard both the technician and the inventory.
